Recently a teacher from Mesabi East in Aurora, MN contacted me wondering if my class would be interested in having a pen pal. A new student in her fourth grade class attended Pleasantview last year and his best friend is in our class. The students were excited to receive their first letter and the name of their pen pal that they will be writing to this school year. My hope is that we will write one letter per month.
